Baccalaureate has changed locations this year. The Class of 2022 will have their Baccalaureate Ceremony on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Havana Church of Christ at 350 S.Broadway St. Havana, IL. Doors will open at 6:30.

Today, the students in Advanced Biology took a field trip to Emiquon. They learned about the history and the signs of a healthy wetland and also collected samples. They took these samples back to the Therkildsen Field Station to examine all of the macro-invertebrates that they found. Everyone stayed dry (almost) and had a great time. Go Ducks!
Ms. Ley and her 5th grade class tackled an escape room challenge for Math class today, dealing with volume!
Mr. Duewer and his Life Skills class learned how to write checks today and how important organization is in life!

5th graders learned about volume in math class. They calculated the total volume of each individual box and then combined them all to make their “volume creatures”. Then they found the total volume of their entire creature. Lots of fun and creativity in Math! Go Ducks!
